Got through right at 7 with no wait and got PFTS Reserved Seating for 9 people on 10/17.

Question - we have done PFTS before but never reserved seating, do you have specific tables or is it still cattle call trying to get a table? We have 9 people so want to make sure we can sit together.

You are assigned a specific table that has your name on it.

Very upset we didn't get the WVL at the PFTS. I tried on the Chase Visa day and today. They were full for our date of 10/24.

So she can't book the Premium Package, right now. She did give a confirmation number, but said to call back later to see if the # is valid or to rebook, since it isn't loaded into their system correctly? Ugh!

Got through with about 28 minute wait. Got the Parisian Breakfast on 9/26, Japanese Craft Beer Tasting on 11/11, and Festival Sampler on 11/10. I think I'll get the premium package but I need to figure out the dates. The cast member was very helpful and had details to read. The Premium package includes the Illuminations Sparkling Dessert Party, a Sampler credential, a Beverage seminar, a culinary demo, and the gift bag of goodies (Sorry I don't know what is in the bag.) The package doesn't require a hotel booking and can be picked up at Festival Center. It runs Monday-Thursday.

When I enter in the confirmation # that I was given for the Premium Package, it shows in MDE as 2 guests, 5pm, Epcot Festival Center? She didn't take my credit card info, though, saying they were pulling the entire event offline until they get it loaded in their system, correctly. Has anyone else been able to book the Premium Package, or is this info correct?

Got everything but the Premium. Said she doesn't know anything about it. Not in the system. Darn it. Guess I'll keep checking the DIS and when someone is able to book it I'll call back. Happily I did get the Jiko Signature on Oct. 1, Parisian breakfast on Oct. 3, French family meal on Oct. 30, and the Parisian afternoon on Oct. 31.

Did the cast member say whether the Premium Package still includes the reserved seating/standing areas around the world showcase?
