Called right at 7a, was quoted a 15 minute wait. Answered at 14 minutes and got both things I wanted!

Cast member I spoke with found everything easily and was very helpful. She booked what I wanted and gave me the spiel and confirmation numbers afterwards.

My CM started booking me in on the Premium Package and asked me for a time... She is still searching and it doesn't seem to be letting her book it. Anyone have any help? Ack.

Although there are no refunds, does anyone know if you can change the date of our event if there is one available?

No, it's no refunds or changes. (And the only things likely to be available late are very limited anyway)

I was able to get through. Here is what the cast member told me.

The Sampler package is date specific.

The Premium Package is available but requires that you book a premium event during the same week.

Wait time less than 30 min after quoted. Wanted PFTS on 10/24 in the wine view lounge. Cast member says no availability.

She just told me it includes the swag bag, magic band, and the sampler. Still not letting her book without a time...

Got in right away (quoted a 7 minute wait time and it was exactly 7 minutes). CM found what I wanted but it wouldn't let her take my gift card. She puts me on hold twice. She takes the gift card # and says it doesn't work. Transfers me to the supervisor line. Supervisor picks up, no hello, and says "you have to use a credit or debit card". I'm thinking she's talking to someone else around her. Nope, gift card didn't work......I purposely but mega $ on my gift card thinking I could use it.

Incidently, last night when I was screwing around and found I COULD book the beverage and culinary seminar I wanted on line i chatted with a cm when it wouldn't let me input a gift card on line......so he tells me to call the FEST line, which I did. They managed to book me just fine with a gift card!!!!!

I got in and got reservations for the Japanese Craft Beer Tasting on 10/21 and the Parisian Afternoon on 10/24. Both of these weren't available when I called Tuesday, but they're out there now. Good luck everyone!
