Going to Food and Wine at Epcot in October. Going to be by myself so I'll have time to sample what I want! I know I'm going to have the Cider Flight at Brew-Wing and the Canadian Cheddar and Bacon Soup served with a pretzel roll in Canada. I've had the Teriyaki Chicken Bun from Japan, which is awesome! Wanted to know what are some of your favorites that I should give a try? Never too early to plan for Disney in my opinion.

I'm just gonna follow along for this info too! But I have the Warm Raclette Cheese on my list!

I also want the Raclette Cheese again. It's so good.

Other food I am excited to try:

Orange Cardamom wings (Brew-Wing)
Chilequiles (Flavors of America)
Chimichurri taco (Flavors from Fire)
Fry Flight (Fry Basket)
Griddled Cheese (Greece)
Potato and Pea samosa (India)
Lemon ricotta cheesecake (Italy)
Kenyan Coffee tenderloin (Kenya)
Pastel Impossible (Mexico)
Pistachio cake (Tangerine Cafe)

But - I am going in August and it will probably be a million degrees and I won't want to eat. LOL!

Too many for me ... especially since I am also going at the end of August/very beginning of September and it will be HOT lol. But on my list:
  1. Creme brulee and escargot croissant in France
  2. The slush in France!!
  3. Griddled cheese and lamb gyro in Greece
  4. Waffle with fruit in Belgium
  5. Warm chocolate pudding cake in Ireland
  6. The return of Beaver Tails!!
  7. Pork slider and passion fruit cheesecake in Hawai'i
  8. Oysters Rockefeller at Coastal Eats
  9. Cheddar Cheese Soup in Canada, if I'm not melting
  10. And I am also curious about the new fondue dish at The Alps...
Looking at this now I feel like it's heavy on the dessert items, lol.

I have my wish list too in the F&W app.

  • the filet at Canada, I love it even though sometimes it's the world's toughest cut of meat and other times it's fabulous
  • Racelette swiss at the alps
  • passion fruit cheesecake Hawaii
  • wine & wedge, Pimento
  • blood orange mimosa at shimmering sips

I've been to Food and Wine multiple times over the last two years and have some must gets that I repeat each time even though I've already tried them because they're so good. This is what I'll definitely be getting again this year:
- The filet from Canada
- The corned beef with beer cheese from Flavors of Fire
- The slushy drink from France
- The pasta gratin (can never remember the long German name lol) from Germany
- The pork slider from Hawaii
- The Mexico booth is entirely new items this year, but everything I've gotten from there at all different festivals has always been great, so I'll definitely try something there as well
