Epcot Flower & Garden show

The Epcot flower and garden show officially starts 4/19/05. Does anyone know if the park will be decorated with all the flowers on 4/18? I'm assuming the flowers will all be in pkace by then, but that the seminars and presentations will not start until the 19th. Am I right?

You are correct in your assumptions. It must take quite a while to get all the flowers in place. They will likely be done on April 18 but not have any of the special programs starting until the 19th.
It's kind of like the Christmas decorations. We were there in November a few years back and the work had started on the decorations. Again, it must take a lot of time to get everything in place.
I would suggest you check out allearsnet.com for more info on everything going on at WDW.

Yes the flowers and other things will be in place. I went to Epcot this year the day before the opening and got to enjoy it without all the crowds.

I'd like to see an updated list of activities too although our trip is at the other end of the fest. We were there end of April last year and it was really neat to see the flowers, topairies, etc. but we didn't do any of the activities.

Check out this link for the lastest in 2005....still a few holes. But we'll be there
to see the Grass Roots and the Turtles!! We 've seen Rob Grill and the Grass Roots a few times and they're still good. Still waiting to see who comes in on
5/5 and 5/6! Wish me luck getting out of Hartford tomorrow!
