Epcot fireworks package

From November 25, 2021 to January 9, 2022, the Rose & Crown Fireworks Dining Package will be unavailable to accommodate the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays Presented by AdventHealth – Candlelight Processional Dining Package.

I saw that on the website but it makes no sense to me. The fireworks dining packages were for 9:00 PM reservations which should not conflict with Candlelight Processional packages that end several hours before that. I've been stalking the CP page all day and the latest you can even search for one at R & C is 6:00. Also, the Candlelight Processional ends on Dec 30 so I have no clue why they would say there's a conflict up to Jan 9.

What am I missing?
