epcot f&w october ?

Ive read in the unofficial guide and it stated to do epcot on the weekend during the fall, but with the f&w festival, im wandering if this is correct. What day will all you disers going in october suggest? Are the weekends only busy in the evening? Thanks for all your help.

While F&W weekends in October tend to be more crowded than normal weekends, it's still a great place to be in the fall. Epcot has a lot of room for guests to spread out, so the extra attendance doesn't really jump out at you. And it's still a much better weekend option than MK!

We were at Epcot on a Saturday this past year (11/1/03) and the crowds were manageable. Using FP, we didn't wait more than 10 minutes for any attraction.

Between approximately 11am and 7pm, the lines at the boothes for the F&WF were pretty long, I would estimate most of them a 15-20 minute wait.

We enjoyed the park, but because of the long lines, we only stopped a one or two of the F&WF boothes.
