Epcot F&W Beer Tastings

Please tell me everything you know about the beer tastings. DH and FIL want to do one. How many are there? How much does it cost? Do you have to sign up? When and where do you sign up?

There was a similar thread about this but in the interest of keeping folks aprised of the tastings here it goes. Lasy year and the year before there were 4 "great beers" tastings in the UK. I don't remember the exact times, but do know the last one was at 3:00 PM each day last year. I'm going to guess 11:30, 12:30, 1:30 and 3:00 ...something in that range. Last year it was 4 beers, Boddingtons, Stella, Labatts, and Bass. The prior year they had six, yes six, same four plus Lowenbrau and Carlsburg. This year it looks like five. Sign up is required each day. Sign up early (11:00 AM) at the UK podium. It's free with park admission.

The other seminar they had the past years was Sam Adams in America. Not as good and the beer samples were small and warm. No sign-up, first come first served.

By the way, I failed to mention that the great beers seminar beers are all 12 oz. or more. Bring a couple of extra cups for the leftovers!!
