Epcot Extra Magic Hours

We will be at Epcot July 16th when they have extra magic hours until 11:00. Was wondering what is exactly open in the World Showcase at that time. I know this part of Epcot opens last and usually closes first. Just wondering what will be available by 11:00 at night. I've been there many times, but never after dark and would like to see the World Showcase with the lights on.

1. Sorry, but not exactly the case. World Showcase does "open last" (11am, daily) but it does not usually "close first."
WS closes with most of the rest of Epcot, regularly at 9PM, with the start of IllumiNations.
(There are a couple of Future World areas that do close "first" (at 7PM) nightly, but even most of those
will remain open on nights with PM EMH.)
2. During PM EMH, many World Showcase pavilions will be open for shopping/browsing/dining/snacking/drinking... just not ALL, and those that will be open can vary.
Most World Showcase attractions (O Canada, Frozen Ever After, Three Caballeros)
will be open until at least 10:50 or later and American Adventure will have a couple of showings during PM EMH.
3. ALL of World Showcase will be fully illuminated and have the areas' music playing during PM EMH.

As stated by Robo most of WS should be open and available to freely explore, rides will certainly be open (FEA, Three Caballeros, etc.) and practically every restaurant and shopping area should be open. This is a great time to leisurely explore WS with light crowds, sounds like a great time to me!

The fountain in France is particularly lovely at night; great spot to linger with a drink or snack. Morocco is a real treat at night too; you might feel like, or actually BE, the only ones in there!
