Cape May Cafe
Bon Voyage breakfast at Trattoria
Garden Grove Cafe at The Swan

Also Ale & Compass at YC and Fresh at the Dolphin. Cape May and Trattoria will be the closest.

You should be able to search for all of them on the wdw site. You might have a delimiter of Epcot Area Resorts.

Boardwalk
Swan
Dolphin
Those are all easy walking distance. No more than 10 minutes walk from the IG. Swan/Dolphin will not accept Dining Plan credits, but if you're paying OOP, you might want to give their restaurants a close look. They are said to be VERY good. I happen to think Kimonos for sushi is an absolute gem.

Ale & Compass is one of our favourites for breakfast. Fresh Mediterranean is nice too but a bit farther walk than A&C.
