Can you enter in the World Showcase entrance at rope drop? Is that closer to Norway? Thanks!

Yes you can enter at the World Showcase entrance when the park opens.

But that entrance is a bit far from Norway. It may be shorter than the entrance at Future World though.

The International Gateway entrance at Epcot does open at the regular opening time but its located between France and the UK.

It is, if you don't count the extra steps necessary to GET TO the International Gateway
from wherever else you happen to be that morning.
