Do you mean the Extra Magic Hours? Not sure about WS but FW was certainly pretty crowded when we were there a couple of weeks back. Most people seemed to be crowded into Soarin' though.

Unless it has changed since we were ther in Jan., the WS is NOT open after Illuminations. My husband nad I went to the EMH specifically to stay at the WS late and the only place with anything open was Mexico.

Here is the list of what is open during EMH evenings at Epcot straight from Disney's website:
Epcot®
Mornings:
Living with the Land, Mission: SPACE®, Soarin', Spaceship Earth, Test Track
Evenings:
Includes attractions listed above and Honey, I Shrunk the Audience, Journey Into Imagination with Figment, Mexico-El Río del Tiempo, Norway-Maelstrom, The American Adventure

That's what I'd thought too, but recently someone posted a list of places to eat that were open during evening EMH and several places in WS were mentioned (I specifically remember the French Bakery shop). Is this true?

Someone posted that the food and wine festival food kiosks are also open during EMH.

But Maelstrom and el Rio del Tiempo are open during EMH, for sure, as well as many TS restaurants - they take seatings until 10PM.
