The World Showcase opens at 11 am, even on AM EMH days. Norway and the bakery in France open with Future World.

No.

Certain attractions (most) in Future World are open.
Plus, Frozen/Norway is open.

OK, so just Future World. Do you think it's helpful to those entering normal time for lines, that onsite guests can get in early and do all the FutureWorld rides and then move onto World Showcase when it opens?
