Is World Showcase open during evening EMH? I know that some rides are like Grand Fiesta and American Adventure, but can you still walk around the rest of it!

Yes - you can walk round. Some things close but others remain open. We love World Showcase at night

Yes, World Showcase is open during EMH. In fact, for this reason Epcot is our favourite park (and usually the only park) to visit during evening EMH. It is lovely to wander around Wolrd Showcase after everyone clears out following Illuminatins.
