This may be a silly question but...
Staying at a boardwalk resort
Going to MK on a 9AM opening, epcot has 8AM EMH
If we rope drop Epcot, could we ride Frozen and then run to the monorail and make it in time for the 9AM opening? I am thinking it will be too short and we should just take the bus straight to MK but this crazy idea popped into my mind and I wanted to know what others think 🤔

Frozen is in the back of Epcot. You would need to walk all the way thru the park and out the front gate to the monorail station. You then need to transfer trains when you get to the TTC. I don’t think it’s possible to do all of that in 45 minutes.

Not likely.
If you RD, its a 10 minute walk to FEA at least, then ride and walk to the front of the park.
Best case, its now 8:30.
Wait for the monorail. Even if its there, its a 20 minute ride to TTC.
That close to RD at MK, there will be a line for the monorail.
Most likely waiting for at least 1 train.
I would be surprised to see you inside the park at MK by 9:15.

The big unknown questions are, do you have a FP for Frozen or just waiting in line and how many people will be in front of you at security and entrance gate? Either way due to the walking distance from back gate to ride I don't see you leaving Epcot until 9:00. Then its either two monorails (reliable timing wise) or one bus which have not been very reliable lately. You could luck out and catch a bus right away or wait 45 minutes-been there, done that. We've written off the buses. We've had way too many half hour, 45 minute waits. But, good thought and sounds like fun.

Note that there are not typically buses between Epcot and MK entrances unless there is a problem with the monorail. You could leave through the International Gateway (same distance from Norway to there as from Norway to Epcot entrance. Then, instead of the wait for the monorail, you've got the walk to the front of a resort to get the bus.

We know the answer to that one.
There are no FPs during EMH.

Thanks for your replies everyone
I had forgotten about the line that will likely be there at the ttc transfer for the monorail
That makes it impossible... We will go straight to MK then!
