Epcot emh question

I see that when this site posts Aug hours for Aug 4,it lists the evening hours as 7:00pm for future world. Does this mean that the attractions listed stay open until 10:00pm? Also since the countries typically close at 9:00pm, will Maelstrom and Mexico's boat ride stay open until 10:00pm also? Last question, can you enter,leave and obtain wrist bands at the international gateway since we're staying at the BCV.......THANKS

When Epcot has the evening EMH it closes at midnight (from a normal close of 9pm). This includes Future World and some countries in World Showcase (I believe the two you mentioned are open). Although Future World officially lists the closing of 7pm the big attractions like Test Track, Mission: Space and others remain running until 9pm. This is kind of a little "secret" that we on the DIS know about, although someone posted recently that Disney has put up signs at these attractions stating they stay open until 9pm.
The International Gateway at Epcot is open the same hours as the main Epcot entrance. I'm sure you can enter there for the evening EMH, even if it has already started. As long at you are a Disney resort guest you will be allowed to enter.
