Epcot Eggstravaganza

Hi! If anyone can provide me with some more information about the Epcot Eggstravaganza I would greatly appreciate it! I did read some reviews online, but I am specifically wondering about the timing. We have a trip planned for Feb/Mar 2018 and the Flower & Garden festival begins on our last full day. Historically, has it been up and running on the first day of F&G? I hope so because I know my daughter would really love this!
