Are Soarin or Frozen Ever After open during early EMH at EPCOT? I read mixed info everywhere I research... When we went back in August they were not open during early EMH.

They are both AM EMH attractions.

Are you sure they both were not open in August?
(Maybe they had technical problems that day.)

Yes I am sure they were not open. The had the world showcase blocked off and soarin was also closed. They said they opened at 9
