Do characters still meet in their classic outfits here or change for holidays?
Hoping to get a pic with classic Minnie in my Minnie Dress Shop dress.

The times I've been in the past (and all the parks were already decorated for Christmas, this was mid to late November and first week of December), the characters at the VISA meet and greet were in their regular outfits.

I've only seen her in her classic outfit there. The only time I've seen her in a holiday outfit is at H&V.

Minnie might not be at that meet & greet. She was not there in August.

If Minnie is at the Visa meet, she’ll be wearing her classic costume. She can also be found in the Character Spot attired in her same dress.

She and Mickey wear Holiday sweaters at AK.
