Epcot dinner, keep akershus??

Now that CRT reservations were released for our dates I booked dinner there and am now debating cancelling akershus and trying something else at either Epcot or akv (where we move to that day).

What does everyone think? We have 3 girls but wondering if two dinners with princesses two days in a row is too much?

I feel like the castle is a "must do" experience at least once, especially with princess fans. However, I really like the food at Akershus and try to eat there every trip (we do breakfast) we have had meals at both in the same trip before and my girls, who like but don't go crazy over princesses, still enjoyed both. My son, 3 at the time, liked them too, even though they are "for girls".

I justify them by saying the castle is a must and Akershus brings in characters and kid favorites to a day in a Park that otherwise isn't saturated with kiddie stuff.

I'll take the other perspective and suggest that you switch Akershus to something else if you've also got CRT, which is the mother-ship of all princess meals. If it's characters you want, then maybe Garden Grill in Epcot, but if you just want good food and/or entertainment, then the World Showcase opens up your options quite a bit. Kids might enjoy the "show" at Biergarten (my two girls do, but also absolutely loved the food) or the pizza at Via Napoli or the hibachi approach at Teppan Edo....might also depend on the age of your girls. Animal Kingdom Lodge also has great restaurants with Boma (buffet) or Sanaa (assuming Jiko is not on the short list with three kids, but if I'm wrong, I'm wrong). If you're going to Animal Kingdom (park) while staying at AKL, Tusker House could also be fun for them (characters).

Thanks….we have tusker house booked for our AK day the next day…having never done epcot before so I am not sure how long our girls will last there (2, 5, 7). so wondering if I should try biergarten or maybe Boma (have sanaa booked the next night already). Or should we try tepan eco or via napoli as I have heard the pizza is amazing there!
