Epcot dining

This might be a stupid question and I'm sorry if it is. What's the difference between Epcot during Food and Wine and other times of the year, specifically World Showcase? Is there still food stands with snacks in the different countries when it's not F&W? Thanks!

There are permanent kiosks around Epcot, but not the festival-specific pavilions. Trust me, there's no danger in not finding food, but only F&W or F&G festivals have the massive number of options. AllEars has a list of all permanent locations - you'll be able to find these year-round.

Epcot adds approximately 30food booths for the F & W Festival in addition to the many permanent food booths.
