Easiest thing to do is park at Epcot an take the bus from studios to the front of Epcot. Hands down no questions.

You have two options when Fantasmic ends....walk to your own car and drive back to your resort, OR walk to the Hollywood Stuios bus stop (post Fantasmic!), then bus it to Epcot, then drive back to your resort.

The easiest option there is to skip the Disney transportation at the end of the day.

Parking at Hollywood studios means you only have to use Disney transportation 1 time (Epcot to Hollywood Studios to watch Fantasmic!), and even that could be skipped if you want to walk.

Parking at Epcot now means you have to take twice as much Disney transportation (Friendship Boat to Hollywood Studios, then bus back to Epcot).

When planning where you park, it's usually better to make the end of the day logistics easier when you are more tired.
