I see the Frozen one but that seems to have a weird schedule. How come the schedule for the Frozen dessert party seems so weird and it's not offered every night?

When the Frozen dessert party isn't offered, is there some other dessert party available? Or is it Frozen or nothing?

Frozen is it, and it was introduced as the successor to the IllumiNations Sparkling Dessert Party in July. As for the odd dates, I can't comment on why the nights that were selected were, but I think it's not offered every night because it's not as popular as its twin at MK. Epcot is typically viewed as the most adult park of the four, so tying in a Frozen theme perhaps makes the idea and cost more palatable to families and therefore an increased revenue on Disney's part.
