Epcot-Characters in Bloom May 20-22

It says in The Epcot Flower & Garden Festival Guide for the weekend of May 20-22. : Characters in Bloom Weekend- Bring the whole family to experience a weekend full of character. More Disney Characters than ever will be springing up all over the park! Does anyone know how many characters will be out and about? Any of the rarer chacters perhaps?

I think they're talking about all the topiaries of characters. They're everywhere!

I thought that too, but we were there this past Sunday and there already is alot topiaries of the characters everywhere so thats why I thought they may be talking about meet & greet characters. Does anyone know for sure??

I still think it means more topiaries. They're called "Characters in Bloom." If they were just regular characters I don't think they'd use that phrasing.
