Are Baymax and Joy and Sadness part of the Character spot or are they a separate M&G? Wondering if we need to get a FP+.........

Are Baymax and Joy and Sadness part of the Character spot or are they a separate M&G? Wondering if we need to get a FP+.........

They are a separate meet & greet across the walkway from Character Spot. Unfortunately, there's no fast pass for Joy & Sadness.
