Epcot character spot

Doing our FP this week. We are doing 2 days at Epcot. I got the FP that I wanted but on the 2nd day, I only needed 1 but apparently you HAVE to have 3 so it automatically assigned us 2 more spots. It gave us the character meet and greet but we already have it for the previous day. Question is, is it different characters daily so then it would be worth going both days or is it the same and if so, which ones are there?

Mickey and Minnie are always scheduled. The third is either Pluto or Goofy, I can never remember which.
