Epcot Character Spot fastpass?

Hi,
I can't seem to find a clear answer regarding whether the Epcot Character Spot still has fastpass as an option. My touring plans plan is letting me include it with a fastpass for our upcoming trip, but the disney website doesn't list fastpass under that attraction (which I would gather is more official than touring plans). Can anyone confirm if i can book fastpass for this, and if not, when it might be available again? Thanks so much.

Confused regarding this - last trip we saw several characters in Future World (with a FastPass). I take it due to the renovations at Epcot that's closed now. I don't see it on the Official Site and it lists as being closed on this site. Just want to be sure. That was our first stop in the late afternoon arrival day last time (summer 2018) but assuming it's gone we might make HS our first stop instead.

But we kind of want to see Mickey and / or Minnie first day if possible at either Epcot of HS (we're staying a the Dolphin so those two are best for arrival day.)

There is no more character spot (the building is being demolished) Minnie now meets in the gazebo between Mexico and Canada, Mickey meets adjacent to the queue of Pixar short films and Goofy meets at the front of the park (the trio also likes to pop in for visits around the international gateway entrance but those sets aren’t in the times guide)
