Hey! I'm getting married at the Germany Pavilion next June. I'm sure it's a bit early, but I've been starting to contact hair and makeup vendors and I'm curious about the timeline. The ceremony is at 9am and I was wondering if there were any other early morning brides out there that would share their timeline for getting ready and morning pictures. Also, what time you left for your ceremony.

Thanks!

This was the timeline for our Morocco wedding:

4:30 am: Cosmetologist arrives

5:30 am: Gown steamer arrives

6:45 am: Photographers arrive

7:00 am: Bride & Groom "first look" in bride's hotel lobby

7:15 am: Depart Beach Club for pre-ceremony portraits in Epcot

9 am: Ceremony

For our Canada wedding with pre-ceremony portraits, our timeline was:

5:30 Cosmetologist arrived at hotel

6:45 Met photographers in hotel lobby

7:00 Arrived at Animal Kingdom for bridal portraits

8:30 Depart AK for Epcot

9:00 Ceremony

* In realty, the last 2 items were about 20 minutes behind*

9:30 Pictures around Epcot-Canada with bridal party and guests

10:30 Motor Coach to Attic for Brunch

1:00 pm Motor Coach to drop off guests at their resort

I guess if you're too nervous to sleep the night before your wedding, anyway, you may as well get married at 9AM, huh? :)

Thanks for the quick responses! I really would like to get some portraits inside Epcot before the ceremony. Could that be part of my photo package since my ceremony will be inside Epcot or did will I have to pay extra to get there early? I'm staying at the Beach Club too! Epcot is my and the DFs favorite park and we're so excited to be able to stay within walking distance of the park.

I'm not sure how it works for Wishes ceremonies, but for mine, I was told I would have to pay the Epcot portrait fee to do any locations outside my ceremony location.

My DH and I were married in Epcot Italy in November 2008. We did not want to see each other before the ceremony. Misty was our photographer and her husband and my DH and the guys were able to go into Epcot at least an hour before our ceremony and take pictures of the guys. Misty stayed with me, my dad and my girls in our resort (The Boardwalk) for some getting ready photos and then we were able to go over it Italy at least 30 minutes before the ceremony and we were able to get shots of me and my girls and me and my dad in Italy (our ceremony was in Italy by the water - we took photos in the back of Italy). After the ceremony we were able to stay for at least 30 to 40 minutes for some more photos of just the two of us and then us and our bridal party. While the photos were being taken our guests were taken by our private bus to ADH for our prereception.

Not sure how things are now with only being able to use Disney photographers for an in park ceremony.

For Wishes Epcot ceremonies, the length of time you have the photographer depends on which Disney photography package you have, but you can tell them when you want them to start. Also, you can add on extra hours for a fee. If you want to split up the time included in the package, there's another fee.
