Next month, I am staying at Pop Century. After an evening at EPCOT, my daughter and I would like to head over to the Boardwalk area. If we drove over to the Beach Club, could we park there for an hour or so just to check out that area. We've never been and would like to see that area. I would walk from Epcot, but if I am parked in the Epcot parking lot, it would be impossible to get back through once the park closes.

If you valet park, yes. Otherwise it all depends on availability. We went to the Boardwalk one night for a dinner reservation and were told there was no room to park. When I stayed at Yacht Club in 2015 there was very limited parking and we had a hard time finding parking some days.

If you decide to use Disney transit, you could leave Boardwalk, take a bus to Disney springs, then transfer to a pop bus. Or you could take a taxi or uber if you don't feel like dealing with your car.

They're expanding the Convention Center at the YC which is cutting down parking availability. You may be able to Valet, you may not be able to park at all.

If you are going during any of the EPCOT festivals don't count on parking at the EPCOT area resorts unless you are actually staying there. One year we were at Boardwalk during Food and Wine and a friend came to have dinner at Beaches and Cream they told her the options were to valet or park at DHS and walk over. So if you don't mind walking you could park at DHS in the morning and take the boat to Epcot. Have your day at Epcot then walk to the Boardwalk area and then walk back to your car at DHS. You can also boat back to DHS if the boats are still running.

The Festival of The Arts will be taking place the weekend I'm there. However, I plan on leaving EPCOT after Illuminations, so I don't see a problem with being able to park at the BC/YC or Boardwalk when it's obvious I won't be trying to cheat and park there instead of paying for parking at EPCOT. I guess I will have to valet. This is probably like my ninth or tenth trip to WDW and we have never been to the Boardwalk resort area. We are trying to find different things to see.

There is parking for the boardwalk not reserved for boardwalk resort guests. Not sure if it made a difference that was staying on site but they scanned my magic band and told me to have a nice time.
