I've read in some of the threads that the bakeries in france do not open until 11am? Is that correct?

Trying to figure out a spot to eat a quick breakfast! Thanks :goodvibes

That is correct. World Showcase does not open until 11 AM
Sunshine Seasons in the Land has breakfast platters, and bakery items for breakfast. It is open as soon as Epcot is open.
You could head over and get Fastpasses for Soarin and then get something to eat.

Yep, Sunshine Seasons is your only breakfast option at Epcot unless you want to dine with the princesses at Akershus :confused3

Sunshine Seasons has an AMAZING blueberry croissant bread pudding! It's delicious! I've always wished France & Norway's CS places were open for breakfast too, but Sunshine Seasons has a great selection of freshly baked goods.

There's also a coffee and danish kiosk outside the gates at the monorail station that I would assume is open in the mornings. Great bargain for what you get. We usually will stop here on the way out (or at the stand at the entrance to World Showcase across from Duffy) and pick up something for the next day. Huge bear claws and muffins and other things for less than $4. One of the best deals we've found at Disney World.
