Epcot area resorts-which has best concierge??

After reading some reports recently I am starting to re-think our decision to split our stay next Jan. We *had* decided to book AKL conc & BWI conc but have heard that BWI is not so kid-friendly?

Can anyone who has stayed at BWI, YC or BC concierge give their .02 about their experience with the concierge? Our son will be 7 at that point in time and while he is very well-behaved, he is a child and acts like a child. We don't want to feel out of place.....so any input is greatly appreciated!

We've never stayed in concierge before but have heard the AKL's is great!

Hi there.... AKL concierge is GREAT... as for BWI - I have not tried it - but come on- it's Disney!.. they are used to kids - I'm sure you will be fine!

We are splitting between BC- concierge and AKL concierge this summer

We've stayed concierge at both BWI and YC. BWI was more kid friendly, in fact just more freindly period. I haven't tried it, but my bet is taht BC will be very kid friendly.

did you stay there recently? I have been reading a lot of reports back that many feel the staff is just plain unfriendly or uncaring. Thanks for input though as we are considering all 3 right now.

Thanks for your input as well and I have seen your AKL photos-very nice! Even though it is Disney we would be booking a $425/night room and I want to make sure the money is well-spent. I just read a thread that really doesn't put BWI concierge in a kid-friendly light, so I want to hear from those who have experienced it. Thanks again!
