Epcot after 4 admission?

does anyone know if it is a cheaper price to enter Epcot after 4 pm.

Do you mean like a half day admission price? If so, no, that's not a Disney World thing.

if you are a FL resident you can do the EPCOT after 4 AP or the after conference ticket but beside this no

Florida Resident here. You are absolutely right, we can purchase a pass for EPCOT after 4.
