EP Wait Times during Spring break Week Before Easter

Saw a YouTube video where the guy went to Universal right after Christmas 2017, and waits with express pass unlimited were still 45-60 minutes for the headliners. We’re going the last week of March 26-31 for Spring break and I’m trying to prepare myself for the crowds during that time. I need to make sure my expectations for the EP are reasonable.

Will waits be that long with EP during that week? First timer staying at Portofino.Thanks!
