EP or MGM on Aug 23rd

I am leaving tomorrow, and I am stuck on whether to go to Epcot or MGM the morning of August 23rd.

Epcot has morning EMH the morning before, and MGM had evening EMH on the 21st, but the Unofficial Guide site says DS is the ideal park for this day.
