EoS - Impressive customer service!

After reading all about the Holiday sandwich, I felt the need to write to Earl of Sandwich to learn as to whether the sandwich could be made into a vegetarian version. Unfortunately, it could not but the chief operating manager who wrote me was willing to help out! He offered to contact a general manager so that they could create a sandwich for me to try! Talk about great customer service! Unfortunately, I won't be near an Earl of Sandwich until next December. I am however seriously impressed by this offer! Now I cannot wait to try Earl of Sandwich next year!
