Environmentality pin...CM or not?

I know, I haven't been in for a looooooong time. Have a pin-question...
Is PinPics #1386[Jiminy Cricket standing on a Triangle...red/yellow (I've got?...) "Environmentality"] a 'public' pin or a 'CM' pin? All the other Environmentality pins at pinpics are listed as CM pins except this one, single pin.
Any timely help you could give would be greatly appreciated...the pin might be gone(*sob*) in a few hours.

Even though Pinpics says this is a public pin, a CM purchased this pin for me on the day it came out, and he told me it was a CM pin.

Does this help, or has it just added to your confusion?

I was at WDW the day these were released and I bought a few of them. It is not a CM pin. They were letting anyone buy them.

I bought the pin anyway. Might have paid too much, but couldn't let it go for just $12.99, which is what the other bidder was going to pay until I jumped in. Anybody else have an opinion about my winning bid of $15.50? I haven't bought/sold/traded any pins for such a long time, I'm not sure of the market right now.
