Have you tried the calorie burner enviga? Have you lost any weight?

Is that the Green tea stuff? It just gave me a migrane. :(

Yes. I love the berry flavor. Just started using it Friday- but I have lost weight drinking green tea in the past.

I haven't tried it myself (too expensive, IMO), but my Coke vendor at work told me that he tried doing the diet himself, since he gets it for free, and after about three days, it gave him a really bad case of diarrhea, and that it continued until he stopped drinking it two days later. He claims that THAT must be the reason you loose weight. :rotfl: :confused3

Not the case here.

I drink 2 a day. I actually like the taste of the berry flavor. I have one mid morning and one with my lunch. It's 5.99 for a 6 pack here.

I actually read, in two different places, that this stuff actually burns calories. Women's Health (just read it at the gym today) said that it burns 60 calories. I don't remember if that was per can or what. Maybe someone can clarify?

I did a sample/demo of Enviga at Target a few weeks ago...if I remember my spiel correctly --- 'a normal weight 18-35 year old who drinks 3 cans a day can burn an additional 60-100 calories a day'

Tried the original flavor and thought it was the most discustingtasting thing I had ever drank.:) So not worth 60 calories to drink that. oh well.

It's just carbonated green tea with artificial sweetener in it. I was drinking the Lipton citrus flavored green tea (diet) but I prefer this.

I just want to add that I know 2 people who lost a significant amount of weight last year and both of them swear by green tea.

I didn't much like it. THough I love green tea, I couldn't get past the carbonation. Carbonated tea is a weird concept to me. :confused3

I got a free can of the berry flavored and it tasted like a tree. :scared:
No, I will NOT be buying that stuff.

I did like the berry flavor, but my heart was racing afterwards. I still have another can in the fridge and I'm kinda scared to drink it. I guess it was the caffeine. I don't drink too much caffeine, so I guess that is why I had that reaction.

Thanks for that tip, I won't be buying it.:sad2:

I wish I would have brought in my newsletter from the Center For Science in the Public Interest. They have a big article on all the different teas. There was a little box/blurb in the article about Envigo. Basically they did some studies on it and found that it didn't really work. It is nothing but a bunch of caffeine.

That stinks. :rotfl:

I just bought this today and am wondering if it really helps with a well balanced diet and exercise. Anyone?
