Envelope Pattern Needed Please

I am looking for an envelope or a pocket pattern where I could slip a ticket (ie. Lotto ticket or Movie ticket) into it. I am looking for one similar to the one on page 85 of the Stampin Up 2006-2007 Catalog using the words of wilson stamp set. It doesn't have to be the exact one. Does any one have a pattern they can post or a link they can share. Thanks a bunch.
