entry time for halloween party

We are usually at WDW for the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, but this year we've decided to go to Disneyland. Our tickets are purchased, with the tickets showing party times 6 pm to 11 pm.
At WDW, we are always allowed to enter Magic Kingdom at 4 pm with our party tickets. Does the same apply at Disneyland? What time can we enter with our party tickets?

For a 6 pm party you can enter at 3 pm.
