Following the termination of all industrial action by Fair Work Australia, Qantas will resume scheduled services from mid-afternoon on Monday 31 October. This is subject to approval from the regulator.

We understand the significant impact the union action has had on our customers and apologise for the inconvenience it has caused. We thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Customers who had their flights cancelled due to industrial activity are eligible for a full refund as per our Fare Waiver. Please use the expense form which you can find on Accommodation and Incidental Expenses to claim for accommodation, meals and transfer expenses incurred as a result of the disruption.
If you are claiming a refund for your flight, or a reimbursement of a fare difference on another carrier, please visit Changing or Refunding your Booking or call our Contact Centre on 13 13 13 for assistance in Australia, for calls outside Australia contact your local Qantas office or your
travel agent. Requests for claims will be accepted until 31 January 2012.
