I'm trying to figure out which shows we'll want to see, and have a few questions:

Playhouse Disney - Live on Stage!
- Is this the same show every time? Or is it different? Just trying to figure out if we should go more than once

Drawn to the Magic
- What is this? I can't find info about it on the DL website

Flag Retreat Ceremony
- Also don't know what this is

Thanks!

Playhouse Disney and Drawn to the Magic are both in CA. Playhouse Disney is for the younger kids--has characters from Disney Channel's morning shows. Drawn to the Magic is a drawing session where a cartoonist demonstrates how to draw different Disney cartoon characters. One each session. It's kind of fun. It's a directed drawing.

In addition to what the above-poster mentioned: Playhouse Disney is the same show each time, so you only need to see it once.

A correction to what the above-poster said: Drawn the Magic is a show that happens usually (but not always) on the stage across from Monster's Inc. It has 3 animators who sing and dance and normally 3 characters appear (a princess, Sorcerer Mickey and Woody normally). They ask for audience participation and then have a meet and greet afterward with the kids. I believe the poster above was talking about Animation Academy, which takes place inside the Animation Studio.

The Flag Retreat ceremony happens daily at DL park and is just what it says, a ceremony where they lower the flag. Any veterans that are present are honored and they have a small band playing. It's quite moving and something everyone should experience once.
