I have a question about what kind of rates you can get at
hrt or the other 2 universal hotels with this card? We are going in May. Thanks for any help:confused: :

We're at the Hard Rock in June for $125 a night, entertainment rate.

I have a 5 night reservation that I tried to reduce to 4 nights. I was told that the keep the entertainment rate I need to stay 5 nights. has anyone else heard of this. My orginal reservation was made in oct 2002. Has anyone else ran into this situation?

Amy and Ursula,

Are your rates for the 5 nights or shorter? We are planning to be there 2 nights at the end of May and just wondering if the Ent rate was working for then yet. Thanks!

Hi--we're staying for 4 nights in June.

When I originally booked (way back in Sept.), the fan club rate wasn't even out yet, so I booked at full rack rate of $229 for garden view. I've been calling back about once a month or so. At first all they would give me was the fan club rate; they said in order to get the Entertainment Rate we'd have to stay 5 nights, not 4. So I kept calling, and in Dec. they told me the Entertainment rate was available, but only for 2 of the nights we were staying - so we had fan club rate of $160 for 2 nights and Entertainment rate for $125. Then I just called today again and was told that I could get the Entertainment rate for all 4 nights, so we're all set!

All I can say is........keep calling back! At least they have an 800 number, so it won't cost you anything.

HRH Ent rate $125 for 3 nights in August.

I posted about this already, we had to sort of whine to get the rate for less then the 5 nights. (we do have 2 rooms for each of the 3 nights)

Amy, which 800 number do you use? I'm not having any luck with mine.

Has anyone here gotten the Entertainment rate for the Fall/Winter yet?

I've got a reservation for December 5 and 6 and they said there is no Entertainment rate for it at this time. So I've got $146 garden view with my Fan Club card.

Or could reason I'm not getting the Entertainment rate be the new 5 night minimum I've been reading about???
