How do I get access to the Entertainment Rates?

Here's a recent thread about the Entertainment rate:

Basically, call reservations and ask them to check if the Entertainment rate is available for your dates. Then, go to www.entertainment.com and purchase one of the books. The one they're selling now expires on November 1, so if you're going after November you'll need to order next year's book (usually goes on sale in the summer).
