Entertainment Card Question...

I have a Ent card and booked HoJo for my family and for our friends who are joining us there. I know you can use the Ent card for 2 rooms but I was wondering if they had to be in the same name or pay with the same cc? I booked my friend's room in her name but did put my cc to hold the room - of course once there she will put her card to pay for the room

We have done this for my parents before and they were able to pay on their own credit card. Not sure if this is policy, so it may depend on who checks you in. I know we have never even been asked to show our entertainment card (or AP since that gets the discount now too). But I have heard that some people have been asked.

Thanks I did not think about it until last night - and I booked them months ago! - and just want to make sure. If we need another card I might just have to get it on Ebay

We haven't actually done this yet but almost did for a trip with my sister that ended up being a no-go. I was told I could book up to two rooms at the AP discounted rate, but the rooms could be paid for separately on different credit cards by different people and the people staying in the second room didn't need to have an AP or entertainment card themselves. FWIW, I have always been asked to show my AP card or ET card at check-in.

Seems to me you should be fine, but like others have said, you can always call and talk to in-house reservations (not the national rep!) to get the definitive answer.
