entertainment card for each room?

Just go an entertainment rate at PBH for february ($180 for deluxe pool view!).
We are holding 4 rooms in 4 different adult names (for 4 nights-saved $2400 off rack rate, thanks everyone!).
The res lady said each room needed its own entertainment card.
I hadn't heard that before. Is this true?
Don't get me wrong, it's still worth it, and if I need to I'll by 4 books, but I don't want to if I don't have to.

I have read posts of people using one card and booking 2 rooms BUT the rooms are in one persons name.
I would absolutely have a card for each room if booking name is different for all 4 rooms.

Just a heads up for you. I just pulled my book out and read this:

"Only one room can be discounted per membership card and card is non transferable".

I orginally had two rooms books at RPR with Ent rate and was warned when I reserved that I needed a separate Ent card for each room. I ended up cancelling one room as my friends could not make the trip - but remember that the Ent cards do not have names on them, only #'s - I had several family members who were willing to lend me their card for the week - I wouldn't buy another book if you know someone who would be willing to lend you theirs.

I was told when I booked two rooms at the HRH that I would need two different Entertainment cards even though both rooms were in my name.

Can anyone tell me if the Entertainment rate is out for HRH in February?? I called, and they said all the rooms allocated were taken, but then said the rate wasn't out yet???

I called and asked for Entertainment rate for HRH for February and he couldn't explain why there were no discounts for HRH. But I got PBH GV room for $155 with the Entertainment card. So I decided to stay there instead and canceled my original ressie for HRH which was $229.00 for GV room. Not really sure why there are no discounts for HRH not even a AAA rate.

Hard Rock hotel lately has had the least available discounted rooms. The hotel books much quicker. It is more popular. If the hotel is booking at regular rates I doubt you will see many discounts for high seasons.

Keep trying they may release discounts (entertainment rates) for Feb. up until 30 days prior if the hotel doesnt book to its expected capacity.

I have even noticed on expedia and hotelkingdom discounts for Royal Pacific and Portofino where there are none offered at Hard Rock.

Okay I booked three rooms all under my name, the agent at lowes told me i'd need three cards. I called PBH and they tell me horse hocky! He said just come on with your one card no prob! I got there NO problems at all was'nt even asked for my card! That was in July. Made ressies' for Labor day two rooms all my name same thing was told needed two cards. PBH Nahhhh,come on. Got there NO problem was'nt asked for the card then either. I'm not be any means saying don't get the card you do not want to be embrassed if they do ask but chances are they're not. I would call and put all those rooms in one name and bring one card with me. There not gonna bite you. PBH have wonderful guest relations and I'm a firm beliver you would not have a bit of trouble if you done it this way.
