Entertainment Book

I got a good deal on the Entertainment book yesterday. What I'm wondering is if its worth it? I've never used it before. Thanks for any help!!

there are different types of entertainment books around here. I've bought one through our local school fund raiser paid $20. for it. I easily got my money back and then some. Mine had lots of local restaurants - sit down as well as fast food chains.

If you purchase the one for Orlando, there are several coupons for restaurants, car rentals, and events. there's a two for one coupon for Disney on Ice ticket purchases, and there are movie ticket discounts. The book pays for itself, in that you can make hotel reservations in any state using the hotels listed in the back and telling them you have the entertainment card, you get 50% off rack rate. You can use this feature at the Swan and Dolphin hotels. Hope this helps.

I'm glad someone asked about this, I was also thinking of purchasing one for our next trip to WDW - so we could get some discounts on meals off-property.

I was lucky this year and got a free Entertainment book at work. I'm using 2 of the Budget rental car coupons for my 2 upcoming WDW trips. Saving some pretty nice money! I also use the coupons for discount movie tickets, as well as dry cleaning and restaurant ones. I always buy a book (this was the first time we got a free one at work) and it easily pays for itself many times over.
