What is it and how does one get one???

The Entertainment Book is full of discounts on restaurants, movies, tourist attractions,hotels,etc. They are published for MANY cities across the USA. I always buy the one for my local area and use the discounts all year long. The hotel discounts are the same in all the books--doesn't matter which city the book is for. I always get mine from my school district. Charities also sell them as fund raisers. You can alway go to www.entertainment.com to order one.

Thanks!! Is it worth it to buy one for a trip to Universal? Hotel and restaraunt discounts? Or would it be better to join AAA?

I always get the book and use it frequently for local restaurants. I always get MUCH more out of it than I pay for it.
If you're buying it just for the entertainment rate at the hotels, first call and see if you can get the entertainment rate. They are not always available. Call and see what the best rate if for the dates you want and make your decision.
