The coupons are good through Dec. 30, 2015. I ordered the Orlando book but will be able to use quite a few of the coupons locally. There's coupons for hotels, car rentals, restaurants (QS and TS) , stores and services like Jiffy lube. There's even an EOS coupon for a free sandwich when you buy a sandwich and a drink.
You can use coupons from the book and find even more on the site and App. IIRC Target releases deals through the APP once a month .

If you are asking specifically about the Orlando book, there are many coupons for offsite things to do. Attractions like mini golf (buy one, get one free at Congo River, Pirates Cove, Mighty Jungle, etc.), Gatorland (again, I think its buy one admission, get one free), various airboat rides (I know Wild Florida is either 20 or 25% off), Kissimmee Go Karts, and more.

Like a PP mentioned, there's a coupon for a free sandwich at Earl of Sandwich with the purchase of a second sandwich and a drink. There's a coupon for Rainforest Cafe too. Lots of fast food coupons as well like Dairy Queen, Sonic, Popeye's, etc.

My mistake...I just checked the book, and there's no Giordano's coupon this year. I have edited my post above.
