Entertainment Book Car Rental

If I booked three car rentals with the Entertainment Book codes am I going to need to show three cards at the car rental place to get the discount? (I only have one) I'm not sure if anyone can answer this, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. Usually the car places are pretty picky about coupons, but I usually only rent one car.

I guess another question is if anyone doesn't need their EB cards anymore in September if I could send SASE and procure them? They expire in November anyway right?
