We are flying to MCO for Universal Studios on July 10-15th and then on the 15th, we are renting a car to drive to Daytona for a few days. We’ll be flying back home from MCO on the 20th. It makes sense to me to rent from Enterprise directly from MCO since that’s where we’ll be flying back home from. But are we able to get to Enterprise to pick up the vehicle on the 15th since we aren’t flying in to the airport? We’ll probably uber to the airport to get the car.

It is more cost effective to pick up and drop off a car at the same location. What kind of transportation would you normally take to MCO if you were flying home? I’d plan for the same.

You may be able to rent locally near where you are staying and then return to MCO for less money. Local off airport one way rentals, returning at the airport are often cheaper than renting directly from the airport. Vehicles go back and forth locally all the time so they are not going to ding you for a one way fee. Plus, you avoid the airport taxes and fees.

This isn't always the case so price it both ways but this is often a really good, overlooked option.
