Enterprise Questions

We were able to find pricing from Enterprise for a significantly lower price in August and have booked it for now. Here is what we have:

1-day van rental with a Friday pick up at WDW and a Saturday drop off at port

AND

1-day van rental with a Saturday pick up at port and a Saturday drop off at MCO

I am looking for information on how Enterprise works at each of these locations. Do they come and pick us up? Do we have to arrange for that ahead of time? I read that they will get us to port and pick us back up at port but would like someone to confirm this for us. If they do not do that, it is not worth the price to us.

Thanks for any information that anyone can give us on using Enterprise.

You might want to give then a call. Enterprise in general will pick you up from most places. I used them last month and they picked me up and dropped me off wherever I wanted.

Hi Jen........we used them last summer from WDW to the port. We were warned from our DU travel agent that there had been issues in the past with this office, and we had issues too.

We asked to be picked up at 9:30 AM. Since this was a Sunday pick-up, we were told that 9:30 was the earliest they would do. DH went outside by 9:25 AM to look for the car that would take him to the rental place. No car. By 9:45 we called them only to be told they were there at
9 AM, we weren't there by 9:15 so they left!!! They wouldn't come get us even though their pick-up time was way off (and I had confirmed the pick-up time earlier that week). They even agreed that we had the correct time. We had to get to the port. So DH had to pay for a taxi $25 +tip to go get the rental car. Never again will I ever use that office.

We were also told by the Port Canaveral office that they were located at the end of the pier. That wasn't true either. It was closer to where the old National car rental offices were.

I wish it was easier to get a rental car while at WDW to get to the port.
